Winter Solstice

In December 2020, I discovered some new webcams on webcamtaxi.com and I found myself alternating between the city of Ust-Kut in Siberia, one of the coldest and darkest places on earth, and Ko Pha Ngan, a small island off the east coast of Thailand. Every day is summer on Ko Pha Ngan with temperatures hovering between 26 and 28 degrees, all day, every day. This is a busy market street in the town of Thong Sala.
